These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the GiveMore Impact LLC website and any fundraising programs, services, or materials provided by GiveMore Impact LLC (“GiveMore Impact,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing our website or participating in a GiveMore Impact fundraising program, you agree to these Terms.
1. Business Status
GiveMore Impact LLC is a for-profit limited liability company providing fundraising services and inventory to schools, PTAs, PTOs, and school-approved organizations. GiveMore Impact is not a nonprofit organization, charitable entity, or agent of any school or district.
2. Services
GiveMore Impact provides themed fundraising shops, inventory, and related support services for school fundraising events. Program details, pricing, inventory selection, timelines, and responsibilities are governed by a separate written agreement between GiveMore Impact and the participating school or organization (“Event Agreement”).

Participation in any GiveMore Impact program is voluntary and subject to:

Schools are not required to purchase inventory upfront unless expressly stated in the Event Agreement. Payment for inventory sold is remitted to GiveMore Impact after the conclusion of the fundraising event and in accordance with agreed-upon terms.
6. Sales Tax & Compliance
Sales tax treatment varies by jurisdiction. Sales tax responsibilities are handled in accordance with applicable law and as outlined in the Event Agreement. Participation in a fundraising program does not automatically qualify transactions for tax-exempt treatment.
Schools and organizations are responsible for providing valid tax-exemption documentation when required by law.

The GiveMore Impact website is provided for informational purposes only. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue website content at any time without notice.
Unauthorized use of this website, including misuse of content, branding, or materials, is prohibited.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, logos, graphics, and program materials, is the property of GiveMore Impact LLC and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written consent.

Participation in a GiveMore Impact program does not imply endorsement by any school, district, or governing body. Use of school names or logos requires express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiveMore Impact LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in fundraising programs or use of the website.

Participating schools and organizations agree to indemnify and hold harmless GiveMore Impact LLC from claims arising out of misuse of inventory, failure to comply with applicable laws, or violation of these Terms.
